Colonel Patricia George joined the NWC as a member of the military faculty in June 2020. She recently served as the as the Assistant Director, Military Personnel Division responsible for providing advice and counsel to the immediate office of the Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of Defense, Under Secretaries of Defense, and supported agencies on the full range of joint manpower policies and procedures for military personnel on duty within OSD. She has served in a variety of command and staff assignments as well as combat tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2005) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2011). Colonel George has a Master of Science in National Resources Strategy from Dwight D. Eisenhower School, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University (Summa Cum Laude), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) from Saint Bonaventure University as a Distinguished Military Graduate.
