Colonel Michael B. Prosser, USMC, has commanded at the Platoon, Company, Squadron and Regimental level. He joined the National War College faculty in 2020. He has taught at the College of International Security Affairs, The Eisenhower School and was adjunct faculty to the USMC College of Distance Education. He has experience on the Joint Staff, extensive experience with Marine Expeditionary Units with multiple deployments into Iraq, Afghanistan and humanitarian assistance operations in Haiti and Liberia. He holds Masters Degrees from the National War College, the USMC School of Advanced Warfighting and USMC Command and Staff College. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
