Dr. Barbara A. Pepe has over 30+ years of experience in public and higher education. She has served as a faculty member at Seton Hall University and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Pepe is a graduate of Seton Hall University where she earned her doctorate in leadership, management, and policy. She also holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
