LTC (Ret) Kathleen J. Taylor is from NJ and was commissioned in 1986 through the ROTC program at Rutgers University. Following graduation, she was commissioned a Military Police officer and served in a variety of operational assignments. Halfway through Kathleen’s career she was selected to be a Russian Foreign Area officer and served in numerous embassies abroad. Kathleen culminated her career as an Academy Professor of the Russian Language at The United States Military Academy at West Point. She taught the Basic through advanced Russian language courses.
