Mr. Christopher Trzaska

Research Intern

Mr. Christopher Trzaska joined the NWC in the summer of 2024 as a research intern. He is a second-year graduate student pursuing a master’s in International Affairs Policy Analysis from American University. Throughout his academic career, Christopher has focused his research on WMD counterproliferation strategies and America’s global deterrence posture. He spent a semester in Brussels studying the history of NATO and has worked with the Stimson Center to develop tools to counter the spread of chemical weapons. He has written extensively on issues related to transatlantic deterrence and the history of Russia’s WMD doctrine. Outside of academics, Christopher is an avid New York sports fan and plays on American University’s ultimate frisbee team.
