Mr. Marcus So-Holloway

Research Intern

Mr. Marcus So-Holloway joined the National War College in the Summer of 2024 as a research intern. He is an undergraduate at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, majoring in International Relations and Political Science. He is also minoring in Military Strategy and International Relations. His research interests include counterterrorism, Western Hemispheric security, political-military affairs, and U.S. Foreign Policy. Throughout his undergraduate degree, he has completed coursework in public policy, data science, military strategy, and intelligence analysis. 

He has previous experience as an intern at the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training at the Foreign Service Institute. He was also a research assistant for Carnegie Mellon faculty, researching military coups in the Sahel and the reputations of the U.S. and Soviet Union during conflict.
