Colonel (Retired) Justin Considine, USA joined the NWC as a member of the military faculty in July 2024. He recently served as the Director of Cyber Activities for the Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of the Army and Chief of Staff for the Army G-3/5/7 Strategic Operations directorate at the Pentagon. Colonel Considine was a Distinguished Military Graduate of Loyola University, Baltimore, MD, in 1999. He has served in a variety of command and staff assignments as a military intelligence and cyber officer, including combat tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003, 2005-2006, 2007-2008) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2009-2010). Colonel Considine is a Distinguished Graduate of the National War College class of 2019 earning a Masters degree in National Security Strategy and also holds a Masters degree in International Relations from Troy University.
